Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with Rawson Collective, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance by Rawson Collective. Prices, product availability, production timelines, and offerings are subject to change.
Payment is required as stated at the time of purchase. Custom projects may require a non-refundable deposit before design work begins, with the remaining balance due according to the terms provided with the project.
Rawson Collective reserves the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion. If we cancel an order before it has been fulfilled, any refund due will be issued in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the order.
PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM ORDERS
Because personalized and custom products are created specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind once design or production has begun, except where otherwise required by law.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate personalization, wording, addresses, names, dates, quantities, photographs, and other information required to complete an order.
Custom design requests, substantial alterations to existing designs, or requests outside the scope of the product purchased may require additional design fees.
PRE-DESIGNED PRODUCTS
Our collection of pre-designed invitations, announcements, stationery, and paper goods is sold substantially as shown.
Changes to fonts, colors, artwork, layout, sizing, or other design elements are not automatically included with the purchase of a pre-designed product and may require an additional design fee.
Customers wishing to modify a pre-designed product should contact Rawson Collective before purchasing to confirm whether the requested changes can be accommodated and whether additional fees will apply.
PROOFS & REVISIONS
For products that include proofing, customers will receive a proof via email before production.
Unless otherwise stated, invitations and announcements include up to two rounds of revisions following delivery of the initial proof. Additional revision rounds are $20 per round.
A revision round includes changes submitted together at one time. Multiple separate requests may be treated as separate revision rounds.
Substantial design changes, changes to the original design direction, or requests outside the scope of the purchased product may require additional fees regardless of the number of proofing rounds completed.
Rawson Collective reserves the right to provide a quote for additional design work before completing changes outside the original scope of an order.
CUSTOMER PROOF APPROVAL
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their final proof before approval, including but not limited to:
spelling, grammar, names, dates, times, addresses, punctuation, photographs, quantities, layout, and all personalization.
Approval of a proof constitutes confirmation that the customer has reviewed the design and authorizes Rawson Collective to proceed with production.
Once a proof has been approved and submitted for production, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Rawson Collective is not responsible for errors that appeared on a proof and were approved by the customer. If a customer requests a reprint because of an error contained in an approved proof, the customer is responsible for the applicable reprinting and shipping costs.
If an error is caused solely by Rawson Collective and differs from the customer's approved proof, please contact us promptly so we can evaluate and correct the issue as appropriate.
COLOR & PRINTING VARIATIONS
Colors displayed on computer monitors, phones, and other digital screens may differ from the final printed product.
Minor variations in color, paper, trimming, positioning, texture, ink coverage, and other characteristics may occur as a normal part of the printing and production process.
Reorders or items printed at different times may also have slight variations from previous print runs.
These normal production and display variations are not considered defects.
PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND TIMES
Any production or turnaround times provided by Rawson Collective are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Production timelines may be affected by customer response times, proof approvals, requested revisions, material availability, printer schedules, holidays, shipping carriers, and other circumstances.
Customers are responsible for approving proofs and providing requested information promptly. Delays caused by customer revisions, approvals, or missing information may extend the estimated completion date.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, refund, or other rights a customer may have under applicable law when an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe.
ORDER & PROOFING TIMEFRAME
All personalized orders must be finalized within 14 days of the initial proof being sent.
Customers are responsible for submitting revisions and final approval within this timeframe. Delays in communication by the customer or anyone communicating on their behalf do not extend the 14-day proofing period.
Orders not finalized within 14 days may be canceled and fully refunded at the discretion of Rawson Collective.
CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION
For personalized and custom orders, Rawson Collective reserves the right to communicate directly with the customer who placed the order regarding proofs, revisions, approvals, payments, and production. We are not required to accept instructions, approvals, or revision requests from third-party concierge services, assistants, planners, family members, or other representatives. Any exception may be subject to approval by Rawson Collective before proceeding with the order.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is subject to the carrier's operations and circumstances outside Rawson Collective's control.
Rawson Collective is not responsible for delays caused solely by the shipping carrier, weather, incorrect customer-provided addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except to the extent responsibility is imposed by applicable law.
Customers should contact Rawson Collective promptly regarding lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered packages so we can determine what assistance or claim options may be available.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the personalized nature of many Rawson Collective products, personalized, custom, proofed, or made-to-order products generally cannot be returned or exchanged once work has begun, except where required by law or expressly agreed otherwise.
Non-personalized products may be subject to separate return policies stated on the applicable product page.
If an order has entered production, cancellation is no longer possible.
Any refund approved by Rawson Collective will be processed according to the original payment method unless otherwise required or agreed.
Nothing in these Terms limits refund, cancellation, or other rights that cannot legally be waived.
CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED PHOTOGRAPHS & CONTENT
By providing photographs, artwork, text, logos, monograms, or other materials to Rawson Collective, the customer represents that they have the necessary rights and permission for Rawson Collective to use those materials to fulfill the order.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of customer-supplied content.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all original artwork, illustrations, designs, layouts, concepts, patterns, graphics, and other creative materials created by Rawson Collective remain the intellectual property of Rawson Collective.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or design.
Rawson Collective designs may not be copied, reproduced, scanned, traced, altered, distributed, resold, commercially used, or used to create derivative products without prior written permission.
Custom artwork is not exclusive to a customer unless exclusivity has been specifically purchased and confirmed in writing.
DESIGN DISCRETION
Rawson Collective reserves reasonable creative discretion in the execution of custom and personalized work.
Reference images, inspiration images, and examples are intended to communicate general preferences. Requests for an exact (or near-exact) reproduction of another design or artist's work will be promptly denied.
RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE A PROJECT
Rawson Collective may discontinue work on an order if requested revisions or services materially exceed the scope of the product or service originally purchased, or if continuing the project is otherwise impracticable.
If Rawson Collective elects to discontinue an order, we will communicate the decision to the customer and determine any refund or outstanding balance based on work already performed, products already produced, contractual commitments, and applicable law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rawson Collective will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rawson Collective's aggregate liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount actually paid to Rawson Collective for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
FORCE MAJEURE
Rawson Collective will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier interruptions, supply shortages, printer or production interruptions, governmental actions, power or internet outages, or similar events.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions and purchases from Rawson Collective will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Rawson Collective may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to an order will generally be the version in effect at the time the order is placed.
